Input parsing and report generation run in the browser.

Inputs

The inspector does not upload pasted text or selected files. It makes no analysis API requests and uses no cookies, localStorage or sessionStorage for inputs. Choose Clear to remove input and computed results from the page. Reloading replaces them with the built-in public sample. Clearing cannot recall a file you already downloaded or erase clipboard history maintained by your operating system.

Reports and screen names

Reports omit raw packet bytes, record values, input filenames and original DNS names by default. There is a separate explicit checkbox to include names in the downloaded report. Showing names on screen does not turn on name export. Reports still include sizes, algorithms, record types, offsets and flags; review those details before sharing.

Hosting and outgoing links

Loading pages and assets sends ordinary HTTPS requests to Cloudflare hosting. Infrastructure may process request information such as IP addresses and user agents. The local-only claim applies to inspector input, not to all web traffic. Clicking a reference or referral opens another service under its own policies. Referral redirects add site and placement tags; they do not contain your DNS input.
